We will have another team WOD Saturday!  It will be comprised of the following movements:

1. Box Jumps (20”/24)

2. KB Swings (1.5/1 pood)

3. Hand Release Push Ups

4. KB SDHP (2/1.5 pood)

5. Sit Ups

There may be some other movements as well – you will just have to come and see!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, Brian will be conducting the sandbag class immediately following the WOD.
