AMRAP in 18 minutes of:

15 Box jumps (24″ / 20″)

12 Push presses (115# / 75#)

9 Toes-to-bar

 

Athletes wanting to get judged on 12.3 need to show up at 8:30am for warm-up and mobility.  We will try to have the first group hitting the WOD at 9:00am.

 

The standard, non-judged WOD will commence at 9:30am for all others.
