Data Collection and Storage

CFBA will never sell, trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.

CFBA uses MindBody to process payments for goods and services, as well as track member information. Your personal information will not be stored on CFBA premises, but rather within MindBody’s secure server. Please review MindBody’s privacy policy (select ‘Privacy Policy’ from the MindBody website).

Methods of Payment

We accept most major credit cards as payment in our online store and in our gym. All prices are in US Dollars.

Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full, regardless of usage.  There is no refund in whole or in part.
Packages will expire and must be used up by the date referred to in your contract agreement.   There will be no holds and no extensions.  Classes cannot be sold or transferred to another party.

GCFBA reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time, without notice.

Privacy Policy

You can visit our web sites without providing any personal information. We may collect your personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or other information) only when you elect to submit it to us. We may also collect health information about you that you provide by responding to our questions in writing or verbally.
We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, and to communicate with you on an ongoing basis via email, phone, and/or direct mail. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request and facilitate ongoing communication.

  • Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

CFBA has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, CFBA reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. CFBA reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

CFBA reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in CFBA’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. CFBA does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, CFBA specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Materials Provided to CFBA or Posted at any CFBA Web Site

CFBA does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to CFBA (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any CFBA Web Site or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”).
